When you request a quote, I meet with you in person to go through your workplace's specific cleaning needs. Every workplace is different even if on the surface they look the same at first glance.

Communication
When you request a quote, I will meet with you personally to ensure that I get all the cleaning requirements of your workplace. Every workplace is different I've found and it is important to understand its idiosyncrasies.
Once the job is commenced I will supply you with a communication book that will enable you to let me know if any of your cleaning requirments change. I check the book at the beginning of each clean.
