The Quote Process
When you request a no obligation quote by calling 13 26 13, I meet with you personally and go through the cleaning needs of each section of your workplace including the kitchens, bathrooms, staff areas, offices, boardroom, reception and any common areas.
We discuss key areas that you would like us to focus on or that your staff has raised as an ongoing issue. We will make sure to pay particular attention to these areas.
From there I provide a quote for your consideration.

When I begin cleaning your workplace I provide you with a Communication Book.
In this book feel free to write any notes you need me to be aware of or any once off situations that have occured. I check this book at the beginning of each clean.
I also give you my mobile number when you need to contact me. I am also able to meet with you if needed.
