Prior to owning my own V.I.P. franchise, I was a Production Manager for a plastics manufacturing company.

Adam from V.I.P. recently cleaned the gutters at my parents’ house, and I wanted to pass on feedback in relation to our experience. I had advised Adam that my father has dementia, and his obsession at that time was the gutters. I was in Perth the day Adam came; however, my mum called me immediately after he left to say how lovely he was and how respectful he was with my father. We recently had a little girl, and my husband and I had no time to get out and tidy the garden. It was a grand mess. Adam gave us a reasonable quote, and within two days the garden was looking as good as new. But it didn't end there. We had a lawn patch that we always wanted to put a slide on for our daughter, but it really wasn't lawn; it was weeds more or less. No matter what we tried, we could never get lawn to grow there. Adam suggested that we had two options. One was to get some fresh soil and roll out turf, but this option was a little out of our budget range. The other option was that he got some fresh soil and some buffalo grass runners, spread them throughout the area, and see if it would take off. The transformation even surprised Adam, I think. Within 5 months, and with a little TLC, the entire 10x4 area of lawn was full. It was amazing, and it saved us $700. Since then, Adam maintains our garden and lawn on a regular basis, and we couldn't be happier. He has become a friend of the family. Thanks, Adam!
